Preparation and Submission of Abstracts
Please use the abstract template for your abstract submission then send both MS word and it’s PDF files by e-mail to icms2019@hmfl.ac.cn before July 31, 2019 for an oral presentation, or Sep. 15^th 2019 for poster presentation. Please include your name in subject line + abstract submission, as well as your oral or poster preference. For example, “John Smith abstract submission for oral presentation.”
Oral presentation confirmation will be sent before Aug. 15^th 2019. Unselected oral presentations will be recommended to be presented as posters.
Poster presentation confirmation will be sent before Sep. 30^th 2019.
